In Fürstenfeld (Styria), the redevelopment of a major project with historical significance was implemented. The world's largest tobacco factory at the time was built on the foundations of the former "Schloss am Stein". Now the health and medical center has been extensively renovated.
Mathildenhöhe in Darmstadt is one of the world's best-known Art Nouveau ensembles and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since July 2021.
