The FIXIT GRUPPE's sustainability strategy is based on ESG criteria as a tool for managing and monitoring its activities in the area of sustainability. At the initiative of the United Nations, the ESG criteria were developed in 2006 by a group of institutional investors. The aim is to support responsible investment and ensure the increasing importance of the three dimensions of ecology, social issues, and corporate governance.
